Kielbasa
We make our kielbasa the old fashioned way. We start with select cuts of hand trimmed pork, add our unique blend of seasonings and spices, then we slowly smoke them using a two stage process over wood fires in brick ovens to lock in that special flavor. Kielbasas weigh approx. 1.5 lbs each
Why have an ordinary hot dog when you can have a J.Junior® Kielbasa Dog! Our delicious kielbasa recipe stuffed into a smaller size. Put them in a bun or use as an appetizer with your favoriete dipping sauce. Kielbasa Dogs come 6 to a package which weighs approx. 1.3 lbs
Kielbasa Patties
Using our kielbasa recipe, we slow smoke our patties in chub form, then slice them into the perfect patty which can be served in a variety of ways such as pan fried with eggs, put into a breakfast sandwich and of course they are “great for grilling.” Kielbasa patties come 4 to a pack and weigh approx. 4 oz each.
